OUR ACCOMMODATIONS
Villa Avgerini offers an exclusive collection of luxury ocean-view retreats, thoughtfully distributed across three independent buildings. Each of our four accommodations features a private entrance, blending the comforts of home with the elegance of a boutique resort. While our three spacious apartments are designed to host up to four guests, our intimate Maisonette serves as a sanctuary for couples and solo travellers.
Inside our larger villas, you will find a fully equipped culinary kitchen featuring porcelain dinnerware, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. For your comfort, every bedroom is fitted with individual air-conditioning units.
Outside, life centers around our glass-mosaic shared pool—an oasis framed by vibrant gardens and ancient olive groves. With a limited number of guests on-site (maximum 14), the pool area remains a serene escape, furnished with large sun umbrellas, sun beds and bean bags.
To ensure a worry-free holiday, we provide daily housekeeping for both your villa and the common areas. You’ll also enjoy free parking, high-speed internet, and fresh pool towels. With a property manager on-site 24/7, we are always here to ensure your stay is nothing short of perfect.
VILLA I
Our top left apartment, doesn't stay available for long, its views will simply take your breath away. Both bedrooms and living room face the crystal clear waters of the Ionian sea and our gorgeous infinity pool. The accommodation has a spacious interior, is comfortably furnished and has an outdoor dinning area. Villa I is meticulously decorated with modern and traditional touches, offering guests high quality towels, linen, pillows and mattresses.

VILLA II
This apartment features natural-toned colours and spacious rooms, located on the left ground level of the property's main image. Villa II is perfect for guests desiring larger bed sizes and easy access to the pool area. With stunning views of our signature infinity pool and the Ionian Sea, the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom are designed for relaxation. Highlights of this accommodation include a private terrace with sun beds and an outdoor dining area. Elegantly decorated and furnished for comfort, this beautiful villa charms every guest, every time.

LA MAISONNETTE
Occupying it's own intimate space, Villa Avgerini's Maisonnette is situated on the highest point of our property. From sunrise to sunset, couples can admire an outstanding panoramic scenery of the island of Paxos. Carefully decorated, this luxurious apartment is best described as sophisticated and elegant. Paxos is all about romance and our Maisonnette will definitely provide you this romantic experience.
